My friend called me from the show....

they played WOWY, Yawyeh, Bad, 40....I WISH I WAS THERE>....
 
heh, i know!! I was a the 5/10 show with him... and before i knew how GREAT of a show they put on, i sold him my 5/12 tix (this was like 2 months ago)...and am now wishing i hadnt!! lol, its cool though, he got to take that someone special ;)
 
For anyone who's curious, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that Bad has closed out a full-length U2 concert. It has closed three short-set promo type gigs (one in 1986, two in 2000), as well as the incomparable Live Aid two song set.

I hope that someone bootlegged taped that one - and tto think that I thought U2 couldn't outdo themselves from Tuesday's show!

I'm REALLY wanted to hear Bono sing WOWY and BAD (my alltime favorite U2 song) again. And to think that I could have bought some tix to last night's show!:sad:

Oh, this sounds like such an awesome show! I supposed they were not filming since the set list was so different. What a bummer! I was at Monday's show - great but not the best I have seen from them.
