Why am I a Fly?

I've noticed on my info, below my name, it now says "The Fly". It used to be "Babyface". I understood "Babyface" meant that I was a newbie. So how did I become a "Fly"? Is is after a certain of posts or how long you've been a member? Why are songs being used to categorize people? What do they mean?
