Hi... I'm currently on +10 GMT (Melbourne, Australia DST), but that's now giving me a Local Time an hour later than it really is here, and changing to +9 puts it an hour earlier than the real time. We're still on Daylight Savings time, and I think the USA just changed to DST, so maybe that's confused the settings?
(I tried +11 too, that gives me the same Local Time as +10 does.)
