and should I say, section,..is sortof ruining the mobile app (android). One of the best features of the app is the "Current" tab. Not only to see whats current of course but also reduces the number of screens you portentially have to wade through to get to the most recent posts in each section.

Very frustrating, however, when all the mindlessly stupid one word response chatter threads are the only thing that's current because of this person posting in every single one of them..and all you see is this persons name over and over. 3 screens' worth

Is there any way that that section of the forum could be excluded from what is reported as "Current"?

Ignore the forum, that's what I do. If you do that, it doesn't show up. Then, if there is a thread in there you follow, subscribe to it. Then you even get a notification at the bottom of the app when someone posts in there.
