One Minute posting block...a bit too long?

Hi, I know that there is a 1 minute time length that you have too wait between posts, it would seem like a 2- or 30 second time length would be a bit easier. It would keep double posts from going through but at the same time allow for easier posting on different hreads. Just an idea.
