Notification when someone quotes you?

I don't know if it's even possible, but this would be friggin' awesome. For instance, I just posted a question in the current Coldplay thread in B&C. I'd rather not subscribe and get four dozen emails a day whenever someone responds, but it would be GREAT to get notified when someone responds to my post in particular.

Is this possible?

That would indeed be awesome! The only time it won't work though is if somebody instead of quoting you, says "Utoo: As for your question.... "
