News Scroll

Instead of the news scroll on the top left corner stopping when the mouse pointer is over it... how about this:

When the mouse pointer is over it in the center, the news scroll stops... when the mouse pointer is moved above, the scroll moves up as well, instead of slowing down or stopping... vice versa for moving mouse pointer down.

Personally I'd like the whole scroll go away It occasionally causes problems with my slow dial-up but I understand why it's there, and that other may like it, so I can live with it.

SoulfulMofo, I get what you are trying to say. Now I'm no expert at all, but I would think that the coding for it would be extremely difficult to accomplish (unless of course there's code already written for it that we could 'borrow'). Otherwise I'd say that would be a good idea
