is it recent messages that were gone or had it been a while since you checked your email account? i know after a while some of my messages had been deleted but i don't use my u2email very often.

Yep... u2email.com is offered free and is hosted free... if you want more support/services its on a per person basis (w/everyone.net)

If you don't check in on it in something like 30 days, they will delete your stuff.
