How do I get a 'URL' for my profile picture?

To whomever might be able to answer this question...

I have a pic I'd like to use as my profile shot, but it doesn't have a URL.... how can I get it on there???

Most people sign up with www.snapfish.com and upload their pics there. Then you can post the link in your profile.

Its a free service.. I've been using it for about a year.

It didn't work.... when I clicked on my profile I just got a red x
I attached the file if that helps.

actually, now that you've uploaded it, I think you should just be able to click on the pic and there is a message saying "if you want to link to this in your profile or whatnot, use this url". mebbe copy and paste that url into your profile pic place? I use snapfish, btw.

If it doesnt work, then I will download it, and put it on my server, and I will give you the URL off the picture, then you have it also!!

pease.. I dont think you have the right link.

Once you upload the pic, click on the thumbnail to bring up the full sized pic.. then right click on the pic choose properties and copy the link.

It should look like this:

I'm a newbie and I'm having trouble posting a profile pic, too.

I believe I have the correct URL... but I've also heard that some servers just won't work.

Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went to work on my profile after posting that message and it was suddenly there... go figure? Maybe I had to have at least one post for it to show?
