At what point does the 'Album' in 'Where The Album Has A Name' change?

So, the 'Where The Album Has A Name' is a forum for all discussion about the 'new' record. But we are already having some early talk about the (hopefully) 2006-07 record, there are some threads about that. My question is, at what point will the WTAHAN forum become soley for that and HTDAAB discussion permitted full-on in EYKIW?
