still can't work it out...
You hit the IMG button...
...then a box pops up that prompts you for a URL. The URL you enter can't be from a place like Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire, or Xoom because they do not allow direct object linking. Many people choose to upload their pics to a place like Snapfish because pictures from there WILL post.
