I know I'm not the only one from Yorkshire here so how many of us are there? OK, so I know Yorkshire doesn't technically exist anymore so perhaps what I should say is, how many people from/living in North, West and South Yorkshire do we have here? And how many people from Humberside?

Area size wise Yorkshire was by far the biggest county in England so surely there must be a decent number of us here? Right? Right? .......Right?

they played 'Beautiful day' in a club i was at the other week so that made it a whole lot better! not exactly my first choice of song but it's U2 all the same! i could probably count on my fingers how many times i've heard U2 get played on a night out

That's what it means in the UK too but it's also a nickname for people from Yorkshire. No idea how that nickname came about though. Unless they're trying to tell us something...
