Hmmmm... I see a friend of mine on the far right.. I was probably standing next to her but definitely not in this picture! Unless I went to the bathroom! LOL!

Heyyyyy! A big shout out and thanks to PlaTheGreat, Queen Bee, Roxy (who I think I met after she got pulled up onstage by Bono?) and everyone else who made it out! What a night!

And thanks very much for the compliments ladies, although I think you gals are more Edgie-freaks than Bono-lvrs!! To be honest U2 just makes really really great music and most of what goes on at least in my department just comes from being moved by the songs I love so much!

And..that lil cutie I'm hugging in the purple jacket, that would be my daughter Racquel - thanks SO much for snapping that, it was very special for me to be able to have my kids in attendance!

At some point we'll have some pics and tales from the craziness that followed that show...not sure if you knew but after that we raced up the turnpike and did another 3 hours at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood....I dunno we did something like 65-70 songs that night in total...let's just say I needed alot of help by the time 4:30 am rolled around and we were still playing! :coocoo: :faint:

I was sure I had met you after Bono brought you onstage with him and we took a picture together...you were with your mom in a fancy white car and you rolled up outside the venue...

Or maybe it was another person...at any rate I have a pic somewhere from someone who has a 'roxychick' email like yours! :)

Ah, that couldn't have been me. I actually wish my mom was there to see it all!
I remember meeting a couple of people afterwards, I'm sure one of them was you!

Gabriel,

Different Roxy ...

You're thinking about her: (NY show)

 Your bass player, Joe, told us but he never specified if it was the Hotel or the Cafe in Bayside (and the traffic to get there... ). The night was still young and Babs never got her chance to get a Guinness. The beer stands closed just as you guys finished.
I wish we could have gone. We ended our St. Patrick's Day escapades at a Walgreens in Hialeah at like 12:30. It was really sad.

Walgreens in Hialeah! LOL!
I went to Hialeah after the show too!

I had to drop Queen Bee off so we drove around there for a while trying to prolong the evening. Wasn't happening. I had no idea W 49 St was so dead at that hour!

The only place I know thats crazy late at night in Miami proper is down by the arena, Space club area and whatnot..pretty packed down there then

As for Miami/South beach, that's another story altogether

It's like any dance club, depends on which DJ is there that night..

I've seen Sander K and a few others there....watching the sun rise over the bay from the rooftop patio is a trip...last time I went I didn't get home till noon the next day     :hyper:
