Arcade Fire donate song to Bono
Crusading singer Bono has convinced folk/rock band Arcade Fire to donate one of their songs to his Aids charity campaign.
The Canadian rockers were so impressed with the charity - Project Red - headed by the U2 star, that they signed away their song 'Lies' to promote the worthy cause.
Frontman Win Butler says: "Having talked to all the people in charge of running the Red campaign and learning about how the whole thing works financially, I am convinced that something of this nature is the only way to get Americans to give large amounts of money to directly fight AIDS in Africa in a sustainable way."
