Muse, Razorlight and U2 land live gongs

Muse, Razorlight and U2 were among the big winners at the Vodafone Live Music Awards on Wednesday evening.

Muse were named Best Live Act and U2 were named Best International Live Act at the ceremony at Camden's Roundhouse in north London.

Meanwhile Razorlight, who are currently at number one in the singles chart with 'America', capped a good week by taking home two gongs - the Live Impact Award and Best Live Music DVD.

There was a major shock in the Breakthrough Act category as The Automatic beat hot favourites Arctic Monkeys.

But the NME Awards Tour, which featured Arctic Monkeys alongside Maximo Park, won Tour Of The Year, beating the Monkeys' own headline gigs and tours from Take That and Oasis.

The full list of winners is as follows:

:: Vodafone Live Act Award - Muse

:: International Live Act Award - U2
