Variety reports that Bono and director Barry Devlin are developing A Version Of Las Vegas, a film about the son of an Irish musician who moved to Vegas in the 1960s who finds his long-lost father. Devlin has worked on a number of documentaries and music videos, including U2's clip for "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." Bono produced and co-wrote 2000's The Million Dollar Hotel.

Let's hope it is at least a bit better than Million Dollar Hotel. Wait a sec, by definition it is better as it would be inconceivable to me to think a film could be that bad.

Bono should stick to the "day job"...the last two albums show that this extra curricular stuff is taking a toll as is, and not in a good way.

Very not "true", in the opinion of many, including myself. It's opinion and taste, not "truth". And it's getting very tired, IMO.

The plot of this proposed film actually sounds really interesting and original, all kidding aside.
