Hello all!
I'm new to this board. I just saw U2 live for the first time ever at the Target Center in Minneapolis! WOW! What an emotional and visual experience! The stage, lighting, and performance were unbelievable. I've been going to concerts since the 70's, and this was the BEST concert I've seen in a long time! Target Center is terrible for sound, but U2 had it dialed in pretty well. It was LOUD. We had a record crowd: 20,240. Unbelievable...
Edge's guitar playing really inspired me the next day, as I play at my church once a month, as well as other gigs in town. I use a couple delays (and 15 pedals) to make my sound bigger, and the singers in the band said they felt my playing in church was inspired by the Edge. It sure was!
