I'm a forum newbie but definitely not a new U2 fan. I don't know why I never bothered joining, probably because it's going to take up way too much of my time! I've been a fan since my adolescent years and Bono is definitely my favorite band member, but of course I love all the guys because they make spectacular music together!

Hi! I grew up in the Bay Area and visit there a lot. There's a number of Interferencers who live in that area and a pretty good U2 tribute band that performs there.
