Still v.good in Belgium :

Flanders :

Bomb : # 6 (# 6)
BO 80-90 : # 32 (# 32)
BO 90-00 : # 47 (# 47)
COBL : # 29 (# 32)

Wallonie :

Bomb : # 11 (# 17)
COBL : # 24 (# 23)

So, Bomb up to about # 8 overall.

Sorry, this Wallonie chart is wrong - that's still last weeks. The Flanders chart IS this week though.

Edge3 do you reckon the bomb has had it's day in the states and UK or will it bounce back.I expect no 1 here next week, but people have different fews and i would be surprised if u2 albums were flooding the top 60 like they were after slane

Maybe, but I still think Bomb can sell 1.2M in UK & 3M in US.

oh, very good news. #34 ist still good, but how long can U2 stay in the Top 40? The hype in UK will be soon over, in the States is the Bomb in the meantime very weak.

i hope at least another 6-7 weeks so it will reach 8 million sales on the chart.

live8 should give U2 a big boost in sales and chart position next week

if the USA start buying the album again (which looks very unlikely) it would stay in the global top 40 for months.

I think this week HTDAAB has sold at least 37.000 copie.
In fact, Billy Corgan entries at n. 37 in the WC; he has sold 32.000 copies only in the US; he's at n. 28 in Canada, which it means another 3.000 copies and he's at n. 5 in Ireland (another 1.000 copies, I think), so, only in this three countries the total is at 36.000 copies.
I can' find his cd in rilevant positions of another charts, so I think that 36 - 37.000 could be very close to the real number.
HTDAAB is three positions better than Corgan, so 37.000 - 38.000 copies has been sold this week.

Yeah, 38,000 sounds about right although Bomb was actually # 5 in Ireland this week!

...anyway, this is great news from Mediatraffic & Bomb will almost certainly now have passed 7.8M on their all time chart.

So, estimated sales for last 9 weeks of Bomb at Mediatraffic :

7411M + 55K (w.24) + 54K (w.25) + 48K (w.26) + 40K (w.27) + 37K (w.28) + 35K (w.29) + 36K (w.30) + 55K (w.31) + 38K (w.32) = 7809M
