Did anybody else expect Saints to do a little bit better on the US charts?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

When I heard U2 and GD are doing a collab, I for sure thought that radio would eat this one up, but it hasnt even made it in the top 20 on any format in the US. Elsewhere in the world, it's doing quite well, but I just don't understand why it's stalling here. GD has ruled the radio the past 2 yrs. Anybody else feel the same?

Was thinking the same

In several countries it's as the most downloaded song

The Video was watched a lot

U should have added 'US ' on ur title

Haha, good point. Is it even an official US single? Because it definitely should be.

"Maybe because the songs not that good? (Cus it´s not...)"

So you're saying only good songs do good on u.s charts?
i dont think so...

u.s charts is filled with crap featuring more crap..

Sorry, the "songs not that good" doesn't cut it when your speaking of the US radio play. There is no explainable reason why this wasn't HUGE in the US. US radio LOVES Green Day and it's not like they don't give U2 their share of radio play. I just don't get this one at all.

well techincally I posted this before Saints hit the hot 100 in the US, and became available for DL on Itunes. Seeing it's still in the hot 100 on both itunes and billboard I'm going to change my statement. THis song did become a hit. MTV actually gave it heavy rotation.
