Billboard Chart Position Question (For DrWho or Sting2- or anyone who knows)

I read that someone in an earlier post said Billboard used to do 50 percent radio, 50 percent sales.

So what is it that they do now for the charts?

Nevermind. I found the answer myself from a previous post that Sting2 resolved, so no need in answering to this.
