Very cool though. You got some connections. I remember getting a Phil Simm autograph in the mail as a kid after I wrote to him and being surprised and thrilled.

I saw Phil at the airport in Phoenix after Stickum Bowl XXFUCKXX...the Giants fans were all over him hootin' and hollerin' and he wanted no part of them.

What a time was had at the airport terminal that night. Had a redeye out leaving at like 2AM through Houston (my buddy I went with lives in Houston, I was connecting to Logan), after the game since we weren't in a celebratory mood, we headed to the airport to try and switch to an earlier flight...no dice of course, and since we had dropped the car off, just went to our terminal, which had a prior flight leaving at midnight to Newark. So there we are in a terminal full of Giants fans...and in strolls Phil who's on the flight to Newark. The Giants fans keep coming up to him shouting "we did it Phil!" and such and he's like "uh yeah" and eventually he leaves the area and sits in a different area till the flight boards...you'd have thought he was a former Patriot the way he reacted.

Today featured run ins with deon sanders and jerry jones, plus a tour of cowboys stadium.

Cowboys stadium makes every other stadium I've ever been to seem very, very lame.

The black eyed peas backup dancers were rehearsing while we were there. Stage is shaped as the word "LOVE", and sounds like the typical 2 minute per song montage of crap...including a segue of pump it into let's get it started. Makes me feel better that bono won't be joining them, although they did have a guitar tech up there tuning away.

Jerry World is an awesome spectacle to behold. Still find it funny that they had to raise the giant tv screen for u2's stage to "fit" underneath it all.

Dont forget to try out Humperdinks over by six flags (im only saying that because i know it is close by and im assuming the roads are fucked up)

Is this a real product? If so, the NFL has gone over the top enough with merchandising - no need to produce stuff absolutely no one wants to wear.

But I'm sure Favre would have loved to wear that Target jersey.

i don't think that makes a difference

looking at the cowboys jersey, it has american airlines on the front. i don't remember seeing a lot of AA promotion when i was there in 09
