Anyway, what was the first song you listened to in 2009? For me, and i didn't even mean it, was David Bowie's A New Career in a New Town. It's my favourite instrumental of all time, it's closing in on my favourite Bowie song as well. During a depressing day it was the perfect song to listen to.

Some DJ whose name I'm not sure of. We had been listening to Digweed, but I think we switched it before midnight to another DJ. Either way it was a fun, techno-y way to ring in the new year.
