See, I agree that Ten is amazing, they really exploded into the scene with that delectable mix of classic stadium rock and punk! But No Code really is a fantastic listening experience for me. The variety of music and mix of eastern spirituality combined with influences from legends like Neil Young plus including a song sung by somebody other than Vedder for a change... all of that I think makes it my favorite album of theirs in line with Ten or maybe even surpassing it! And it has zero filler whereas Yield, Vitalogy etc. have some, in my opinion.
