The Iphone song by The Submarines... similar to Lady With The Spinning Head?!

So I see this Iphone commercial every so often on TV. And for the oddest reason, I always find myself humming to the chorus from Lady With The Spinning Head in my head when its on! Anyone else realize this similarity? It's possible the chord progression is the same (I haven't checked), but nevertheless... struck me as kind of funny, lol.
