what band t-shirts do you have?

so far i've got:

radiohead - hail to the thief
u2 - best of 1990-2000

came free with my purchases at hmv. the radiohead one is pretty awful, just a navy blue t-shirt with 'radiohead hail to the thief' on it in large orange letters and the u2 one is considerably nicer, it's light blue and the motif is in darker blue with a buffalo and the u2 logo.

I've got lots of band shirts. :hmm: Lemme think

- Dire Straits (European Tour 1992)
- U2 (the 4 members in a Trabby like on the front cover of Achtung Baby)
- U2 (Zooropa '93 Tour shirt)
- U2 (Elevation Tour shirt)
- Pearl Jam (Jeremy, 9 Out Of 10 Kids Prefer Crayons To Guns)
- Rolling Stones (Voodoo Lounge Tour shirt)
- REM (Tour shirt from their recent European tour)
- Urban Dance Squad (Demagogue shirt)
- Tr?ckener Kecks (Kecks, Drugs, Rock & Roll shirt from their farewell tour)

I think that's it! :p

C ya!

Marty

I just packed mine last night, so I'll try to remember all of them:

5 U2 (all Elevation :reject: )
3 Idlewild
2 Stereophonics
2 Starsailor
2 Doves
Elbow
Haven
Neil Halstead
The Delgados
Bellx1
The Charlatans
Tim Burgess ("Who the Fuck Is Tim Burgess?" )
My Morning Jacket
South
Jesse Malin
I Am Kloot
T in the Park (not really a band shirt, I guess)

I've started buying them at almost every gig I go to.

I'm going to see Electric Soft Parade tonight. :uhoh:

The only "concert t-shirts" I have purchased in the last eight years (if not more) would be U2.

Otherwise, boxed somewhere (maybe in NJ or MN or quite possibly in IL), I have a shirt from:

INXS
Cure
EMF :p
Gear Daddies (legendary local minnesota band)
B-52s
REM

Probably some other bands I may have seen back in the day that I am unable to recall at this time. That is a sad, old list. :(

U2 - Elevation t-shirt from Slane and an Achtung Baby one someone got me as a present

Oasis t-shirt - its really really old I got it when I was about 7 or 8 (it was the 1st or 2nd year they got really popular about 94/ 95??) anyway its plain black with oasis written in big silver letters just - it still fits me now  My cousin bought me it, he was a huge Oasis & U2 fan.

I believe I have 7 U2 shirts... :eeklaugh:
White Stripes
Radiohead - OK Computer tour
The Cure
3 Depeche Mode shirts
PJ Harvey
No Doubt

Edit to add -> Interpol :)

5 or so U2 shirts, 3 INXS, Dire Straits...cant remember others. A lot of 'Appeals' shirts, like the bushfire appeal concert etc with mixed bands...charities etc, cant refuse em.

Does anyone else find (ironically) that U2 shirts are the poorest quality? After all the song and dance Larry made back in the day over small details like that, either we get sorely gipped here in Oz or he's full of shit. I've never seen a concert shirt go out of shape, discolour and crack like these do. Not complaining, just wondering.

I have a lot. I usually buy at least one at almost every concert.

10+ U2 shirts (black with a white trabant shirt, a really huge university-style shirt, a navy shirt with a lemon, a grey ATYCLB shirt, a girly shirt with the ATYCLB symbols, a really big shirt with a blue drawing of Bono's face -- my favourite, a black or navy shirt with red ATYCLB symbols, a black shirt with the Zooropa symbols, a green shirt with sparkly silver Pop symbols, a HUGE shirt from the ZooTV tour with a picture of Bono's face on TV, and I think there's a couple more.. but I can't remember, lol)
5 Beck shirts (one is black with an almost Warhol-style version of his face with a guitar, a grey hoodie with a skeleton, a white and blue ringer shirt with two turntables, a really huge grey shirt with a Stormtrooper mask, and a maroon and pink shirt with flowery drawings)
2 Radiohead shirts (a blue test specimen shirt, and a black shirt with lyrics and We Suck Young Blood in a Gothic font)
2 White Stripes shirts (black with an elephant, and a long-sleeved red and black shirt with a monkey)
2 Garbage shirts (really huge Androgyny shirt, and a really small red-grey-and-black camoflauge shirt)
2 Flaming Lips shirts (1 comic-style Yoshimi ringer shirt, and a really big "FAG" shirt with a picture of Wayne from Christmas on Mars)
1 Area:One shirt and 1 Area:Two shirt (the first is navy with orange letters, and the second is very pale green with blue)

I THINK that's it. :hmm:

-barenaked ladies (2)
-bad religion (1)
-rancid (1)

-u2 (1)
-school for the dead (1-they're a local band)

-live (1)
-tool (1)
-the beatles (1)
