Generally I don't cry to music very much but the one that gets me every single time is Johnny Cash's version of 'Hurt'.

Oh yeah - i forgot about that one - the video in particular I find heartbreaking!

I also forgot
Last Goodbye - Jeff Buckley
Last Kiss - Pearl Jam
Never Tear Us Apart - INXS

...and a really dodgy one...
Love Bites- Def Leppard (hey, I was 14 and IN LOVE  )

one of the Sufjan songs [i don't know any song titles off Illinois] it says something like "the things i brought when i found out you had cancer of the bone"

radiohead- how to disappear completely [my fave radiohead track]

someone mentioned Aimee Mann's 'wise up' good choice

I don't use to cry with songs or something, but these songs are really close:

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Maps (live); when they started to play it the second time I saw them, there was a young couple in front of me and the boy started to cry, his girlfriend asked surprised "are you crying?" and the boy laughed... that was kinda cute

Sufjan Stevens - To Be Alone With You; it remembers me to someone

the whole 'Enjoy Eternal Bliss" album by Yndi Halda; is so beautiful that it's hard to believe

Off the top of my head:

Side one of "Joshua Tree" (well if you leave Bullet out  )
Anything by Jeff Buckley really
Smiths "I know it's over"
Jack Frost "I thought I was over you"
Snow Patrol "You could be happy"

Any song by any winner of "talent" shows, not because they're emotional songs, just the fact that people have been parted from hard earned cash to listen to the F%$£ING drivel that they sing!

Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley
City of Blinding Lights - U2
Putting The Damage On - Tori Amos
Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol
You're Missing - Bruce Springsteen
Soundtrack to Edward Scissorhands - the music is so beautiful and the movie makes me cry, a lot in part thanks to the score by Danny Elfman
Yesterday - The Beatles

Those are the ones that come to mind right of the top of my head.

Live- turn my head
Billy Joel- and so it goes
Tori Amos- Jackie's strength
Toad the Wet Sprocket- I will not take these things for granted
Madonna- power of goodbye
Sarah McLachlan- do what you have to do
Counting Crows- Sullivan street
REM- Everybody hurts

I'm sure there are a ton more....

"Crying" is a bit strong, but just tugging....(off the top of my head):

Lose You - Pete Yorn
Goodbye - Emmylou Harris
The Shining - James
I Defeat - James
Dreaming My Dreams with You - Alison Krauss
More Than This - 10000 Maniacs/Roxy Music
Boy - Erasure
The Scientist - Coldplay
I Remember You - U2 version
Running - No Doubt
Do What You Have to Do - Sarah McLachlan
Deadbeat Club - B-52's
Mahler - Symphony No. 5 (Adagietto)

Pink Floyd - The Final Cut

These two are both exceedingly powerful. In terms of philosophizing about suicide, Final Cut takes an almost polar opposite approach from Stuck in a Moment. An extremely disenheartening song, but powerful nonetheless.

Will never marry Morrissey
Well,i wonder Smiths
I have forgiven Jesus Morrissey
Stay u2
Love is stronger than pride - BEAUTIFUL SADE
Electric Co. u2
Suede almost everything ... that voice, my God..... mr. Brau i am not sure if i have living dead by Suede but i am going to get some rare stuff soon.....

Do You Realize - Flaming Lips

Does it every time. :(

Or, if we're just talking of melancholia/maybe some slight tears if I'm really in bad shape:

No Distance Left To Run - Blur
So Cruel - U2
No Surprises - Radiohead
Lost Cause - Beck

Various songs by The Arcade Fire and Echo & The Bunnymen will get me there and surprise me. Their effect also seems magnified if I'm looking at the night sky or the sea while I'm listening.

Silent Night, most recently. Even though it's about Jesus, I kept thinking about my grandma...she loved that song. :(

Don't think I've ever cried listening to a specific song, but there are a few that make me come damn close.

U2 - Kite
U2 - WITS (It was a bad day when I first heard this song  )
R.E.M. - Find The River
Sufjan Stevens - Casamir Pulaski Day (possibly the most beautiful song I've ever heard)
Radiohead - True Love Waits
Bruce Springsteen - Thunder Road
Beck - Guess I'm Doing Fine
Coldplay - Green Eyes :reject:

I can tear up on any given day when I hear:
John Wayne Gacy, Jr. - Sufjan Stevens
Glosoli - Sigur Ros
How to Disappear Completely - Radiohead
Landslide - just about anybody's version
Putting the Damage On - Tori Amos
Bad - U2

And when I heard Tori Amos cover Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You" and Fleetwood Mac's "Songbird" live I spontaneously burst into tears and haven't been the same since.
