Simple Minds are back, the band that U2 said invented 'Trance' before trance was invented are back with a new single entitled 'Rockets' Its due to be aires on the Billy Sloane show very soon.......

Yeah it's just sorta so-so, okay and unremarkble...

As well as a new record they are doing a extra CD; a covers album with "Rocking In the Free World" as the key song, plus covers of songs by The Call, Nick Lowe, The Beach Boys, Magazine, Siouxie & The Banshees, Thin Lizzy & The Stranglers.

Make of that what you wish. But it's not a great step forward...
