I wouldn't fork out $20 to buy an album just cause the cover gets my juices flowing.
For free, I could just copy and paste that photo and save it for private use later whilst I feed the pigeons.
It may stimulate intrigue in the music artist or the model that features upon the cover, but I'll just look it up on google. Won't necessarily make me purchase the music content itself
