I had an opportunity to meet Bob Dylan one time when a friend was touring with his opening band (or so he said - I was never convinced it would have happened). He left me an 'all access' backstage pass at Will Call with my ticket but I refused to go backstage because I figured there was a good chance Dylan might not be so nice to me, and I really didn't have anything to say to him, and I doubted he had anything to say to me. I didn't want to have the music ruined by a bad experience. Sometimes it's better not to meet the celebs you admire.

Chickenshit.
well, I'm pretty sure Radiohead never heard of Miley either...
Unfortunately, almost everyone has heard of Miley. One can not simply walk away from Disney. There's an evil there that does not sleep.
She must be cast back into the fires from whence she came!
My best friend Lesley said "Oh, she's just bein' Miley."
but basically this is a non-story, of no interest to any sane person whatsoever.
but the publicist's statement would be considered rude anywhere else
