Pfan has a grudge against Magnificent because the one U2 show he got to see, it was after they added The Fly to the setlist, and it was the one show where they played Magnificent instead of The Fly. Only show all summer past Anaheim that they'd done that.

Magnificent is way better than anything on Mylo Xyloto.

Ahhhhhh, I see. Well, yeah, in that case, I can't say I blame him, then.

Coldplay love their French fans. After filming two shows at Montreal's Bell Centre in July for a DVD release, they filmed their only show at Paris' Stade de France last night, for the DVD as well. Rihanna joined them onstage during 'Princess of China'.

No, I live on the east coast now, so I wasn't able to make it. I had a choice in terms of Montreal events: Radiohead in June, Coldplay in July, or Osheaga in August. I chose Radiohead and Osheaga, and I don't regret the decision.

Maybe because you were in one frame, and they decided to shelve it.

Bought tickets to go see this at the movie theatre on Nov. 14.

They're showing the film in 50 countries on one day only on Nov. 13 (Nov. 14 in Canada).

I'd go, but I'm actually seeing Coldplay that night.

And Beck, Grizzly Bear, Chromatics, Sigur Ros, Los Campesinos! and others two days earlier.

And Radiohead both three and four days later.

That's cool.

Also, I saw most of those bands months ago, and will probably see them at least two more times before they visit Australia again.

Wow, busy time for you there, cobl! Sounds like a good lineup, though.

Also, hooray for getting tickets, BoMac-hope you enjoy the film .
