Yeah, it didn't jump out at me at all, but now I'm really digging it. Listened to Compliments like 10 times in two days.

i like the fact that they are experimenting...but honestly the sound was the best on first album. not saying that the new songs are bad, but i somehow prefer them live than recorded.

Note! This message is for those who the Silent Alarm Remixed album. I am desperately seeking a copy of 'Helicopter' from that album. Why, you may ask? Because last night, while I was at Mynt (a local "night club") they played Helicopter. I knew it was a remix, and I want to relive the moment. I was going off my tits, I was that into it. Shame no one else had even heard it before, let alone know what it was. So I would have looked like a right idiot, but I was smashed, and, who cares?

OK, somehow I didn't know they were playing the new HOB in Boston until like last week. I'm on their email list, and I have you guys, plus I've been waiting for years. Luckily though I found someone to sell me a ticket for a decent price, phew.

i was reading somewhere that one of the songs off the most recent street dogs album is a blatant rip-off of "positive tension." i can kind of hear it if i turn my head sideways, stand on my head, and blink my eyes while i listen. in other words, i don't really get it. but this website swore it was so, ergo i took a listen.

anyway, the relavent part of this was: other point the thing i was reading made was that everything since silent alarm was crap.

BTW last night was amazing, the sound is about the only thing that was improved in the transition from Avalon to House of Blues but Bloc was excellent
