Thelma Houston - No One's Gonna Be A Fool Forever
(from the V/A boxset The Complete Motown Singles Volume 12A: 1972)

Gladys Knight & The Pips - If I Were Your Woman
(from the V/A boxset The Complete Motown Singles Volume 10: 1970)

The Killers - The Way It Was

(from Battle Born)

One of the standout tracks on Battle Born, in my opinion.:up:

Depeche Mode - Mercy in You/In Your Room

(from Songs of Faith and Devotion)

This album along with Achtung Baby, to me are such staples of this time period in music of the early 90's. To those lucky enough to have been old enough at that time, you had it made in the music department.

Despite the incorrect timeline I would include Stone Roses and Disintegration in there as well.

^I totally agree about Disintegration, so to add to what I said, the early 80's (even earlier) well until '93 had a beautiful assortment of great musicians and music

U2 - Boy/Girl

(from Boy)

U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name (Live from Rotterdam)

(from Please - EP)

Out of nowhere, it has been a U2 night for me.
