Dutch speakers... Please help?

Hello all,
I'm purchasing tickets for Amsterdam, and I wanted to know what this means...:
TOPzitplaatsen, vak 119 rij 3, allen naast elkaar en uit voorraad leverbaar. Vandaag besteld is overmorgen in huis.
I've tried a couple of online translators, but some parts are not very clear :-/
Could anyone help?

Translation is:
Excellent seats. Section 119, row 3. All seats next to each other and in possession of tickets (literal translation: available from inventory). Order today and have it delivered the day after tomorrow.
