We've ferries here that cross our little river. They're on a rope line. Hooked from shore to shore. Can someone tell me why they have satiellite navigation and GPS?
Fog? Or if the rope breaks? Or did you ever see Lord of the Rings when the hobbits jump on the ferry when the black riders are chasing them? Maybe they're afraid that might happen up by you. Or maybe the little ferry also doubles as the boat that goes down the river Styx to bring people to the underworld. I'd imagine that might be hard to find, so a GPS could come in handy then.
