tinker bell, star of the popular disney films "peter pan" and "return to neverland" was found dead in her apartment this morning, the apparent victim of a fatal wound resulting from a cupid's arrow to the head. the death has been ruled an accident.
"it's a shame, really." said neverland chief of police, j.w. barrie. a vial of pixie dust was found next to the body.
in a statement made to the press earlier today, cupid, the centuries old couples coordinater, could barely contain his grief. "i don't understand it." he told reporters, "i thought my aim was dead-on this time. i guess i made a mistake." no charges have been filed against the matchmaker.
it is public knowledge that miss bell was a long time admirer of her co-star, peter pan. pan could not be reached for comment.
