He protects me with a roof of stars
Sometimes I am rid of this glass body;
Instead, so light and invincible
that I could soar with the Pleiades

I had wanted to die as black as the night
I didn?t know there could be such pain
Hope is as infinite as the sparks
He saved me from myself.

the title alone and then the opening line are beautiful in tandom, but this line is very intriguing, I'm not quite sure what to make of it

I'm sorry for posting this... I actually wrote it in 5 minutes, it sure doesn't merit being here.

Wanderer, at moments when I'm very much aware of our mortality as human beings, I have this mental image of people walking around the streets with glass bodies. Glass, because we are so fragile and can break any time. Also, it is a heavy material, and so when my spirit feels like soaring in the sky, it leaves this heavy shell and Wanders off
