Looking for direction to perfection
Jagged smile
Cresent moon
Beauty on the outside
To cover the ugly within

She contains a vapid space
Doesn't realize
Her words need a measure of grace
It won't be long
Before all she wants is hers
So she thinks

She knows not of the world outside her door
The road blocked by her silken skin
Hides inside her pain
Lying vacant on the floor
The only key she ever needs
And yet it still burns
A stinging gaze
Catapultes her sanctimony out

All the colors she wears
All the people she seeks
Cannot cover the scars
Hidden
Hidden deep

Daddy won't return her calls
Where is she
When she has nothing at all
Except herself

Very nice, lacks some direction but tis a very eloquent piece so I can't complain about anything

Thanks...I don't remember ever posting this so that's why I made the  face....This is a first draft too....

It's about a girl I used to be friends with...she came from a wealthy family and wore it like a shield and a badge at the same time..and she was completley miserable.

The old wealth doesn't equal happiness spiel, it's true and it's a shame many people don't realise it as well
