Media goes in
nothing comes out
hit a nerve
but no reaction

where does it go?

One day...
a word, a scene
a feeling, a flood
nothing goes in
but everything comes out.

I liked it. Being spontaneous with writing your poems really brings out what you want to accomplish with it. That's how I do my poems, I don't think about it, I just let it flow.
