Nighttime

Some feedback would be appreciated. I wrote this with a melody in mind, so I'm hoping it has a lyrical quality to it if you know what I mean.

A shimmering ode to staying still

Standing at the corner of hope and faith
Watching traffic zip by at a blinding pace
Night falls upon us and yet we smile
There's only the 2 of us and that's alright

Nighttime...

Now we wake up to look at what's become
Become of us in this struggle
Somtimes all we need is to cuddle
And to know that at nighttime
We're in love

Great little tune! I love everything about the 'NiteTime', so this piece had me hooked right from the start.

To hear a melody behind your work would be even better...
