Rono, it's not a very interesting competition...I'm a swimmer

I went down for the Eastern Zones Swimming Championships, representing NJ Swimming, which is my LSC (local swimming committee).
Basically, it's a fast meet and a lot of fun because you get to form a team with people you've never met, live with them for 4 or 5 days, try to swim fast and have as much fun as possible

and then go home, all the richer for the crazy experience lol

oh yeah, and I forgot the part about get so behind on your schoolwork that you have no hope of ever catching up

My back is still painted a lovely shade of green from the damn oil-based paint we used...and my nails are the most gorgeous, glittery shade of green you've ever seen

(NJ's colour is green...yuck)

but I'm back and I'm alive...
I will be going again in about a week, though...this time for some beach relaxation...
