oh yeah, well maybe I read too much into the title... then, all that talk of *slapping* bums and the soreness that followed, I thought maybe the poem was advocating anal sex or something, maybe S&M... ? there's the "cable-climbing" and then the narrator says to "forget what we were" like maybe there was some shame in the act or something? yet, they are resolved to "go *up* and get bare" again

yep, anal sex, I'm sure of it
