Help! Dream that needs title!

I wrote this a long time ago about a recurrent dream. (Kinda inspired by The Fly). I never could come up with a title. Any suggestions? I was thinking Secrets or Scream Out Loud.

Again I had the dream
Couldn't move, couldn't breath
Couldn't talk, couldn't scream
What did it mean
It seemed like a
Secret

Tired of this trying game
Every night always the same
No one else to blame
Drowning in the shame of a
Secret

Can't scream out loud
Can't dream out loud
Don't sleep anymore
Don't keep anymore
Secrets

Overcome by my confusion
Covinced it's an illusion
More likely a delusion
No logical conclusion but
Secrets

Pulled to the ceiling
By the fright I was feeling
Looking down at myself concealing
I have to start revealing
Secrets

Can't scream out loud
Can't dream out loud
Don't sleep anymore
Don't keep anymore
Secrets

'Secrets' definitely fits, but 'Scream Out Loud' doesn't quite seem to. You seem to be describing more of an 'Internal Scream' than an external one.

Thanks Salome! I never thought of Again, but that is an excellent title considering I must have had the crazy dream a million times! I might call it Midnight Again because usually when it was over it was right around midnight. It's funny how I can write something and it changes or reminds me of something else everytime I read it.

I don't have a problem with doing that whatsoever

"Again Midnight" / "Midnight Again" sounds great to me

I'm not trying to confine the poem with my suggestion, I'm trying to put it in another perspective

"Again" sounds good, or maybe "Dream Sequence" or something
