I kill my time
With cards and wine
And kick the dust
Hated by most
I run the streets
While your heart beats
We live in this small piece of land

The sun shines shy
Above the sky
While clouds cry rain
No one complains
We go outside
We run and hide
But here?s the place where we both stand

Some homeless land
Some sweet brown sand
We just don?t care
To hang out there
So stick around
And paint this ground
Hold this place in your hand

All we have is
This small piece of ground
Half blue, half brown
And some crazy town
And when the dark of night arrives
So beauty what I see
A golden bit of land surrounded by a silver sea
In the mirror moonlight, all the shades in me
This is my Golden land, silver sea

Somewhere out
I hear a shout
Some background noise
Beyond your voice
Some make me sad
Some make me glad
Those are the feelings in the place

Some things are worst
Unspoken words
When silence breaks trough
Between me and you
Holy tears
Don?t wash out fears
But some may dry out of your face

The time goes by
As we both try
To find the place
Time can?t erase
We?re almost there
Believe, I swear
This is the land without a trace
