Elastic Band

this is a poem I wrote when I had to keep slapping an elastic band on my wrist to keep myself from doing other things.

I can dye my hair
Paint my nails
Cover the bruises
Cover the pain
But the slapping sound on my wrist every night
Breaks the silence that is my life

really? Thanks! lmfao, I just had to wrote thanks about 5 times, I first had capslock on. Then I spelled it wrong. Thhen I had caps lock on again. ANd I really cannt spell to save me life.

Ive never heard anyone describe my poetry as moving. thankies
