Last night I turned a song into my prayer
Made a special request to the DJ upstairs
Spinning phat sounds and bleeding my heart
Holding tightly his scapel and a moving melody
He sliced into my spirit and set my soul free
And red rivers flowed, gathering round my feet
As wondrous phrases of an angels' symphony
Showered hope,love,light and endless majesty
