A slightly dirty mouth,
Exposing beauty beneath debris.
He spills truth across the canvas of a soul gone south.

Paint me a picture with just a word,
Show you have something I should-
A vision no longer blurred.
Could I be capable of so much good?

Modern day prophet,
On the global village green,
How much difference between us can really be seen?
My feral spirit.
Your broken heart.
This dance between us, a perilous art.

Divulging to me a holy kiss,
A mouth of fiery coal on my lips.
Purifying...
Inequity dying...
My soul crying...

A brand seared on my heart,
I listen, can't comprehend,
As he asks who he should send?
Pausing for a flicker,
He pushes the veil from my eyes in a violent shove,
And in my ear whispers-
"There's a revolution, and it's name is Love."

No, it rocks! People don't always reply to my poems. It does stink, I understand. It sussoposed to be about Bono helping the world with his words, but some people have a too negative approach? It really rocked I loved the lines"And in my ear whispers-

Lol, yeah I was trying to address how so many people feel overwhelmed to do anything about anything and Bono is kinda like John the Baptist being a voice in the wilderness kinda thing (even though sometimes that voice is a potty mouth!).... and how love really is a revolutionary concept because it can change so much!

In light of the new title being confirmed and the whole theme of it sounds like it's going to be love....don't you think this was kinda eeriely timely?! What do we think!

I think the new album title is ok, I don't think the title could maybe itself could refer to love, but I believe that will be a big theme. And one reason why I love U2 is they sing about the big issues like religion and poltics, they make sense like it is important to have feelings towrds what you believe but maybe groups aren't the best way to handle the questions and concerns.
