Standing on the lip of today and looking down over the edhe of the cliff and down into the green valley below, fog wrapping its tendrils round the branches and trunks like interlaced fingers, sunlight covered by clouds, wind blowing your hair like swaying seaweed. Everything is distant and you feel so small compared to the scene before your eyes. You could reach out and touch that world if only you could elongate your arms and stretch them out and the rain starts to drip in a miniature waterfall and slither down your face, through your hair, stinging your eyes.

You climb down (silver and coal)
Up through the glass and stone (mineshadt caving in around)
What once was (trapped underground)
To never return (the air grows thin)
Fade in-out, become a shadow (as the moon grows fat)
In frozen winter snow (and there's no escape)

And we are stranded, all
together under rock and earth
deep underneath, the lack of sustenance,
dry mouth, empty stomach, empty head.
Bones wearing thin, the mess we find ourselves
in and the darkness in your face
hardens in this place of the bones
so alone, through you're surrounded by others who
are shivering cold in the gathering gloom
in your mind, though, you're stanind on a clidd looking
into a ravine in another place and time.

Good writing...just need time to interpret. I'm trying to unravel my writing from yesterday as it interwines with events of today as it is intermingled with an early morning dream which became a reality a few hours later.

I'll re-read later when my mind is less cluttered......and let you have my feelings about it.

Keep writing.

sometimes I have..... this overflow of thouhg in the morning - especially when I am too tired from not getting enough sleep, and my mind tries to assult my brain into submission with

a sort of mental overload

it's very paralyzing
But I can overcome it, sort of......
