Their drummer is fucking brilliant. Even on their songs I don't care for there is a really interesting drum pattern. One of the best in rock today.

They wwere one of the opening bands when I saw REM a few years ago. It was The National then Modest Mouse and then REM.

The Hollywood Bowl was half empty with 'hipsters' slowly filtering in.

Dumb people that were being all LA and an fashionably late had no clue what they missed out on.
