when a high school friend moves back home. Our fights on facebook about hockey are hilarious, and perhaps now we can "debate" in person. He is a great friend.

Miep just spontaneously meowed at me. For a cat that learned how to meow at age 14(last year) it was really special.

Even though she sounds like a drowning cat, at least she tries!

And I found a second pregnant shrimp. Managed to catch her and put her in the breeding tank.

Hope to have shrimp babies soon!

Certainly the best discovery of 2011 to me. Man, I can listen to Somebody that I used to know on repeat x infinity. The rest of his album is pretty damn good too.
